The story of a fantastic 2014 season for Williams, with Frank and Claire Williams, Pat Symonds, Rob Smedley, Felipe Massa and Valtteri Bottas. After a tough 2013 season when Williams finished ninth in the F1 constructors’ championship, we accelerated up the grid in 2014 to finish third in the standings, with Valtteri fourth and Felipe seventh in the drivers’ tables. Along the way we scored one pole position, three front row starts, nine podiums, two fastest laps, 320 points and finished in the top 10 in every race of the season.

Jacques Villeneuve’s 1996 Williams FW18 is shaken down by the Williams F1 team’s Heritage division. This is chassis 3, which won the British, Hungarian and Portuguese Grands Prix, shaken down today by Karun Chandhok.

WILLIAMS MARTINI RACING held a day at Silverstone to give partners and a guests a close-up experience of the F1 team. Drivers Felipe Massa, Valtteri Bottas, Felipe Nasr and Susie Wolff were on call to drive the 2014 FW36, the 1996 world championship-winning FW18 of Damon Hill and the 1983 FW08C of world champion Keke Rosberg. There were also passenger ride hot laps in Mercedes Benz AMGs, a pitstop challenge, racing simulator, full event hospitality and the drivers, Claire and Mike also took part in a Question of Sport quiz game.

Williams Martini Racing’s Valtteri Bottas and Toro Rosso’s Daniil Kvyat recreate one of ice hockey’s biggest rivalries, Finland vs Russia. The event featured on Sky Sports F1 in the UK and Sky Italia during the Canadian Grand Prix weekend, filmed in Montreal on the Wednesday before the race. Valtteri and Daniil were joined by former NHL player, Olympic medalist and current Buffalo Sabres assistant coach Teppo Numminen, and former NHL goalie and current St Louis Blues goalkeeping coach Jim Corsi.

On Wednesday 16 October 2013, the Williams F1 Team had the honour of inviting team partners and guests to experience a unique day at the historic Brands Hatch circuit. It was great to be able to host everyone at a location befitting of the team’s history and heritage. On a day with challenging weather conditions, the team managed to run the FW08 that gave Keke Rosberg his 1982 Drivers’ World Championship, as well as last year’s race winning FW34.
