Horse Guards Parade in London was the scene of Monday’s launch of Marussia Virgin Racing’s Partnership with the ‘Cars 2′ movie for this weekend’s British Grand Prix. In front of the massed ranks of media and F1 and movie-going fans alike, Richard Branson and his daughter Holly appeared together with Cars 2 stars Lightning McQueen and Finn McMissile as well of one of the UK based Formula One team’s race cars. Marussia Virgin Racing drivers Timo Glock, Jerome D’Ambrosio, Sakon Yamamoto and Robert Wickens went down a storm as they prepared for what was a rain-soaked four hour Grand Prix that will certainly go down as one of the most eventful races ever.
