When today’s qualifying finished it was time for the Amber Lounge Fashion Show to start in Singapore. Sakon and Robert hit the catwalk and enjoyed a fashion show where Taio Cruz was the star attraction — watch it!
In town for this weekend’s exhilarating Singapore Grand Prix , this morning Sir Richard Branson visited an exhibition of artwork organised by the VSA (Very Special Arts) charity, which works with children and adults with disabilities to introduce them to art in order to better their lives. Richard Branson was shown around the exhibition by some of the young artists as they gave him an insight to their work, which was based on the legend of Singapore and fairytales.
It was an early start for Jérôme today as he visited a leading jewellery store in downtown Singapore to meet and greet our team partner Armin Strom. Surrounded by watches, Jérôme was busy in the run up to Free Practice 1 having his picture taken, signing autographs and talking about how special the only night race on the F1 calendar is.
The Singapore Grand Prix is one of our favourite favourites. The lights, the nights and this incredible city state street circuit conspire to produce one of the best races of the year in our view.
