Everything is ready for the next Ferrari Challenge season, the one-make series with a capital C, one of the most wide-ranging and famous in the world. In 2015, drivers entered in the championship will be back fighting on track, with their usual wheel to wheel antics, in the three existing series; the longest running European, the North American and, the newest addition, the Asia-Pacific one covering Asia, which is now in its fifth year. There will be nineteen rounds on next year’s Ferrari Challenge calendar, held on four continents, all leading to an amazing weekend of racing which is the Finali Mondiali.
The story of a fantastic 2014 season for Williams, with Frank and Claire Williams, Pat Symonds, Rob Smedley, Felipe Massa and Valtteri Bottas. After a tough 2013 season when Williams finished ninth in the F1 constructors’ championship, we accelerated up the grid in 2014 to finish third in the standings, with Valtteri fourth and Felipe seventh in the drivers’ tables. Along the way we scored one pole position, three front row starts, nine podiums, two fastest laps, 320 points and finished in the top 10 in every race of the season.
René Arnoux will forever be remembered for his famous duel with Gilles Villeneuve in the 1979 French Grand Prix. A stunning battle during which he and the Ferrari driver blistered the track at Dijon and entered the Formula 1 history books in the process.
The great Ferrari collector Albert Obrist visited Maranello to pick up his new Grigio Ferro Met La Ferrari in recent days. The Swiss national has been a Ferrari enthusiast since in the 1950s and bought his first Prancing Horse car, a 250 GT 2+2 (a four-seater forbearer of the FF) in 1962. In the intervening decades, Mr Obrist has built up one of the world’s most important Ferrari collections.

It began with a word about Jules Bianchi and Michael Schumacher, two drivers who are very dear to the Maranello team and who are currently fighting a long and difficult battle.
